Important Dates

Bills Mailed – 20th 

Due Date – 10th

Disconnect Day – Monday following the 10th

  • Cash, Card, Check and/or Money Orders are accepted 

  • Pay Online with Payment Service Network / $2.20 (Takes 2-3 days to process). PSN accepts: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, paper checks, and e-checks. They can also convert bank-issued checks to ePayments. Keep in mind.. Payments made with Debit/Credit on PSN have a max limit of $150.00 per payment. If you recieve a bill larger than $150.00, to avoid multiple fees, feel free to call our office to make a one-time payment with a "lower" one-time fee of $1.99.  

  • Payment By Mail: If paying by mail, please send all payments with your payment stub.  To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.  Payments postmarked after the 10th of the month are subject to a $25.00 late fee. (Mail to: P.O. Box 63, Pattison, TX 77466)

  • Payment Drop-box Location (available 24/7 located on the front of the building): Customers can drop their payments using our drop off box to the right of the front doorPlease include your account name and/or account number with your payment.

  • Walk-ins (Refer to our business hours) We accept Cash, Money Orders, Checks and Credit/Debit

  • Pay by Phone: Save time – pay by phone! It’s a convenient way to pay your bills on your own time- with no waiting!! CALL (281) 934-2475 to make your payment over the phone. This payment service allows customers to pay their bill quickly and efficiently by using a credit card or debit card*
    Please note that if you wish to pay your bill using a credit or debit card, you will be charged a processing fee of $1.99

  • Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay: Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. We suggest choosing your transaction date 7-10 days in advance to allow time for mailing. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Fee for delinquent bills submitted after the 10th of the month:

Please note that if the 10th of the month falls on a day when Pattison WSC is closed, payments will be processed the following business day. Any payments found in the dropbox during the weekend of the 10th will be exempt from the late fee.

  • Late Payment: Total Fee $25.00


Past Due Accounts

On the day of disconnection, in order to prevent service disruptions and avoid additional fees, only payments via Cash, Check, or Money Order will be accepted. Please note that card payments will not be accepted for disconnected accounts, as they typically require several processing days.

  • Late Payment/Disconnect/Reconnect: Total Additional Fee $175.00
  • All same-day payments must be submitted no later than 12:00pm
