Whether you're establishing a new account or transferring services, you have the option to initiate the process by contacting us directly or by accessing our convenient 'Service Agreement Packet'. New Service

If you are looking to apply for new service, you may contact our office by phone -or- you can print out the 'Service Agreement Packet'. Whether you are beginning a new service or transfering services, we ask that you choose an available date so we may dedicate time to sit with you and discuss your account. We look forward to serving your water needs.

  • Quote for New Service:

    • If a customer is looking to establish new water service at a previously unserviced address, the process begins with a quote. This quote includes: New tap line, meter, & labour, membership, refundable deposit, and customer service inspection (see pricing details below)
  • Reconnection of Existing Account:

    • Alternatively, if a customer is reconnecting service at an address where water service was previously active, the process involves:
      • Fee $75.00 - Reconnecting the existing meter that was previously installed and used.
      • Reviewing and updating account details as necessary, such as changes in ownership or billing information.

Requirements for Service Connection:
(Credit/Debit Cards not accepted)

  • Completed Service Agreement
  • Valid Picture ID
  • Proof of ownership or lease/rental agrement that must include both party signatures and service address 
  • $100.00 Membership (owners)
  • $150.00 Refundable Deposit
  • $150.00 Customer Service Inspection (CSI) required by the State of Texas (TCEQ)

 

Transfer Service

Transferring service involves coordinating the start of your water service to coincide with the departure of the previous owner/renter. This seamless transfer eliminates the need for disconnecting and reconnecting water service, thereby avoiding additional fees and ensuring a smooth transition. By aligning your move-in date with the departure of the current occupant, you can seamlessly continue water service without interruption.

Requirements for Service Connection:
(Credit/Debit Cards not accepted)

  • Completed Service Agreement
  • Valid Picture ID
  • Proof of ownership or lease/rental agrement that must include both party signatures and service address 
  • $100.00 Membership (owners)
  • $150.00 Refundable Deposit
  • $150.00 Customer Service Inspection (CSI) required by the State of Texas (TCEQ)

 

Stopping Water Service?

If you are looking to terminate your service, you may do so by contacting our office by phone or printing out the 'Service Disconnect Request Form'. This form is required to complete the closure of your account, ensuring all details are finalized correctly. We ask that you provide our team with a 5-7 day notice to allow us to process your request promptly.

Requirements for Service Termination:

  • Final Bill
  • Forwarding Address
  • $75.00 Disconnection fee (applies if not transferring service to another buyer/renter)

If you are transferring service to another occupant and have already informed our office of your departure, you do not need to fill out the Service Disconnect Request Form. Simply ensure that your account details are updated with the new occupant's information.
