New Service & Transfer Service
If you are looking to apply for new service, you may contact our office by phone -or- you can print out the 'Service Agreement Packet'. Whether you are beginning a new service or transfering services, we ask that you choose an available date so we may dedicate time to sit with you and discuss your account. We look forward to serving your water needs.
Requirements for Service Connection:
- Completed Service Agreement
- Valid Picture ID
- Proof of ownership or lease/rental agrement that must include both party signatures and service address
- A $150.00 refundable Deposit (Credit/Debit Cards not accepted)
- A $150.00 CSI fee to conduct a Customer Service Inspection on lines as required by the State of Texas (TCEQ)
Stopping Water Service?
If you are looking to terminate your service, you may do so by contacting our office by phone -or- you can print out the 'Service Disconnect Request Form'. We ask that you give our team a 5-7 day notice so we may diligently finalize your account information.
